Your tasks include:
- Unterstützung beim Ausbau des Compliance Management Systems & Roll-Out von Integritäts- und Compliance-Maßnahmen, sowie Richtlinienmanagement
- Erstellung und Dokumentation von Compliance Trainings und Maßnahmen
- Unterstützung bei Kommunikationen (z.B. inhaltliche Überarbeitungen oder Übersetzungen ins Englische)
- Pflege unserer Compliance-und Legal- Intranetseiten
Your profile:
- Vorangeschrittenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium vorzugsweise im rechtlichen Bereich wie bspw. Wirtschafts- oder Arbeitsrecht
- Erste theoretische Kenntnisse im einschlägigen Bereich
- Selbstständige, sorgfältige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Integrität ist für Dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Gute Microsoft-Office Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Gute Teamfähigkeit
- Du kannst komplexe Situationen sicher erfassen und Dich in ihnen bewegen
